Using MyRank

MyRank is a free service that lets you rank movies and see how others rank them. By using MyRank, you agree to these terms.

Your Account

• You must sign in with a valid Google account
• You are responsible for your account activity
• Choose a username that is appropriate and not offensive

Your Content

• Your rankings are public and visible to all users
• Your rankings may be included in aggregate community rankings
• You can modify or delete your rankings at any time

Acceptable Use

Do not:

• Abuse or spam the service
• Attempt to manipulate rankings through fake accounts
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

Service Availability

MyRank is provided "as is" without warranty. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyRank and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of rankings, loss of reputation, or loss of use of the service.

MyRank is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or reliability of rankings, data, or features.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Privacy

Your use of MyRank is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of MyRank after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
